Türkiye’s Authorities Shed Light on New KKDIK Registration Deadlines

On 14 November, Türkiye’s Ministry of Urbanisation and Climate Change (MoEUCC) submitted a draft regulation on the planned extension of the registration deadlines offering further prolongations as initially expected:

           Deadlines
  • 1000 t/a and above
  • between 100-1000 t/a and classified as aquatic acute 1/ aquatic chronic 1
  • 1-10 t/a, 10-100 t/a, 100-1000 t/a and classified as CMR category 1A/1B
   31 December 2026
  •  between 100 - 1000 t/a
   31 December 2028
  • 1 - 10 t/a, 10 - 100 t/a
   31 December 2030

The new registration schedule still needs to be confirmed by the official revision in the next weeks.
