CHANGES IN THE COURSE OF ACTION FOR REACH REGISTRATION FROM 2016 ONWARDS
The REACH Committee (under joint responsibility of DG ENV and DG Growth) gave a favorable opinion on the draft regulation for an "implementing act" on data sharing and costs incurred by data sharing under the REACH regulation at its recent meeting. When enter into force the provisions of this regulations will cause a significant higher workload for REACH registration in general and in particular for SIEF administration / negotiations. This is most important for safety data sheets (SDSs) as according to the REACH Regulation documents containing the old classification have to be updated if significant changes like classification and labeling are required. POLAND HAS FINALLY REVISED ITS NATIONAL LEGISLATION
The national Polish law requiring applicants to submit all documentation to the Polish authorities in Polish language has been amended.
