The Newsletter also comprises latest news about the regulation of Agrochemicals, Biopesticides, and Biostimulants. Moreover, relevant other news concerning Chemicals/REACH and more information about Biocides are presented. A CLOSE VIEW ON THE DRAFT FERTILISING PRODUCTS REGULATION

This special edition of the Newsletter comprises a detailed report of the first draft of the possible future Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down rules on the making available on the market of CE-marked fertilising products and amending Regulations (EC) No 1069/2009 and (EC) No 1107/2009 (COM (2016) 157 final), including organic and waste-based fertilisers as well as “biostimulants”. The draft Regulation for CE-marked fertilising products is part of the EU’s Circular Economy package to accomplish a more sustainable economy, and shall apply from 01 January 2018 onwards.
