Active substance / product-type combinations for which an application for approval has been submitted under Directive 98/8/EC or Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 are listed on the ECHA webpage: ECHA List of Biocidal Active SubstancesThe list includes "existing" active substances and "new" active substances.
Where an active substance has been approved, a link to the relevant legal act is provided. Furthermore, there is a link to a factsheet that links to the Assessment Report and to further non-confidential data, where available.
Where an active substance is not yet approved, it is indicated as "under review".
